Tracy began his career in the technology space in product marketing and management for semiconductors, optical components, networking equipment, and LED lighting. In the late 1990s, he pivoted to Internet and demand generation marketing—building deep expertise across digital and traditional channels. His data-driven approach to marketing eventually led him to focus on building scalable analytics infrastructure, developing methods to track marketing-contributed pipeline, calculate ROI and inform strategic decision-making. Tracy empowers data-phobic marketers to drive results and revenue.
Tracy publishes a long-running marketing blog, "Without a Net”, which he started more than 15 years ago. He also sits on several advisory boards and holds five US patents. He holds a B.S. from Colorado State University, an M.S. from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
